Schedule:
Saturday November 11
11:30-12:30: Instrument Checkout (Band Hall)
1:00pm-2:45pm: Rehearsal at TPOM practice field (corner of Sale Rd. & Common St.)
4:00pm: Meet up with TPOM for march to the stadium (Memorial Gym)
*The alumni band will march ahead of TPOM down common street to the alumni center. If you are unable to do the march (from the quad to the alumni center), you are welcome to meet us at the alumni center or at the stadium.
* The combined bands will perform at the alumni center. Following that performance, the alumni band members should head to the ramp entrance to the stadium, enter, and be seated in the lower southeast corner bleachers (closest to the TPOM section). The alumni band will not march through tailgating with TPOM.
6:00 Kickoff
7:15pm: Halftime performance with TPOM
* The halftime performance will be facing the WEST side of the stadium (press box side)
* Performing members of the alumni band will be admitted to the stadium through the ramp entrance free-of-charge. Family members must purchase a ticket and enter through the ticket entrances. Seating is general admission in the alumni band area, so those family members can join you there. Contact the McNeese ticket office at 337-562-4MSU.
