Parents, friends, and family attending the performance, the McNeese Rec Center is adjacent to the parking lot between Hardtner Hall and the Parking Garage.
Due to the rainy weather, we will have our final camp performance in the McNeese Rec Center.
11:00 (or sooner) Camp dismissal/check out of resident halls
This is a overnight or day camp that offers current and rising high school students the opportunity to work on marching band fundamentals for wind players, drumline, and drum majors. Participants will learn and perform a field show as well as participate in a combination some exciting electives and masterclasses from many fantastic educators.
The cost will be $325 for day campers and $450 for overnight campers. This includes one meal a day for day campers and three meals a day for overnight campers. All campers will get a T-shirt.

Our color guard academy is ideal for sending entire school color guards or attending as an individual. Designed and instructed by an expert faculty with strong backgrounds in color guard and winter guard, the guard camp provides instruction to all levels of experience, with focus on the following:
Flag fundamentals
Rifle and/or saber fundamentals
Writing for color guard
Winter Guard show creation
Camp Finale Performance

Attire for the finale performances will be academy shirt (distributed during the week) & shorts or pants
Your instrument (McNeese CANNOT provide any instruments, mouthpieces or reeds)

PERCUSSIONISTS: Please bring as much of the following as you have or can get from your director:
Concert snare sticks and marching sticks
Medium yarn mallets / Xylophone mallets / Timpani mallets
**If you do not have access to all of these, that's ok. Bring as much as you can.Comfortable athletic shoes

Family, directors, and friends are invited to the Academy Finale Performances on June 14. This will be held in Tritico Theater.
Attendance will be taken at the beginning of each session. Meals and sessions will be supervised at all times.

MS Fees
$150 (includes tuition, daily lunch, academy shirt & recreation)
This day camp offers students a combination of an honor band experience, some exciting electives, and the chance to learn from many fantastic educators. Students will be able to participate in the camp band (similar to an honor band but without an audition to get in), and students will be able to choose from electives including Jazz Band, Percussion Ensemble, Intro to Color Guard, and Intro to Marching Band. This is a day camp only. The cost is $150 per participant. This includes lunch on Friday and Saturday, and all campers will get a T-shirt.
